Antique Kids Portraiture Program Details

Our Responsibilities
Each customer will have his or her choice of a complimentary 10x13
"old-fashioned" canvas style portrait to each qualified sitting. (One
canvas per household.) Portraits will be made available for viewing
approximately two weeks after photography. This is when the
canvas order takes place. Our staff will assist you through the entire
process. Photographer will arrive about an hour before start time,
equipped with a complete mobile studio. We will represent you and
your business as if it were our own. We appreciate and value the
invitation to your organization. Please don't hesitate to call our
marketing office with any questions.

Your Responsibilities
Schedule the appointments. Shoot for 35 per day. Your should have
at least 20 qualified sittings (qualified or paid in advance) on
schedule in order for us to reserve a photographer. Please stay in
contact with us, as we will do our best to accommodate a light
schedule. Sign-up sheets will be provided. Provide an area
approximately 12'x 15' for our professional photography studio.
Families with two or more children will pay one sitting fee which will
include individual poses as well as a group setting. All portraits will
be made available for purchase. COLLECT YOUR $14.95 SITTING
FEE IN ADVANCE. This is essential! Years of experience has taught
us that up to 50% will be a no-show without that sitting or
reservation fee paid in advance. Remember, you can never get that
time slot back once there is a no-show.

Glamour Portraiture Program Details

Our Responsibilities
Each of your clients will receive one complimentary 8x 10 of their
glamour photography session. (One per household please.) All
clients must attend the viewing in order to receive the
complimentary 8 x 10. We provide wardrobe changes, accessories, 3
x 5's of each client. We can provide hair and make-up services.

Sell sitting fees for each Glamour client (recommend $20-$40).
Husband/boyfriend, or any lap children may sit in on the session for
one or two photos (fee is at your discretion). The complimentary 8x
10 may only be of the individual. All other portraits are available for
purchase at the time of viewing. Provide an area at least 8 feet by 8
feet. This space should be available for both the photography
session and the viewing of the portraits. Complete portrait
packages will be available for purchase at the viewing a week to 10
days after the Glamour session. Our office will service those who
cannot attend the viewing.
